Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After review and acceptance we will ship you a replacement item at no additional cost, not even shipping!

General Returns/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Please note that due to customization requirements and availability, certain items are not eligible for Exchange or Refund. Please utilize the sizing guides included with each item to ensure the proper size is ordered.

Items NOT eligible for Exchange/Refund:

- State/Location based Jersey's (USA Jersey's are eligible).

- Items included in Limited Drops.

- Sale items or items purchased with Gift Cards/Store Credit

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@untlysexy.com. If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. All return orders will be required to pay return shipping (This includes items which qualified for free shipping). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • You entered the incorrect address. (If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately and if you do so before we ship your order, we can change it for you).
  • You ordered the wrong size. You can still exchange for the correct size, however.
  • You forgot to use a promo code.
  • The product is damaged or altered in any way.
  • It has been over 30 days since you received your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: we are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial order.

Exchanges

To start an Exchange, you can contact us at contact@untlysexy.com. If your exchange is accepted, United States and Canada orders will receive a return shipping label (UNTLY Sexy pays for return shipping), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All other international orders will be required to pay return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All exchanges will still be required to pay for new item shipping (This includes items which qualified for free shipping).

Exchanges are only accepted for alternate color or size.

The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it fit.

Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:

  • The wrong product was ordered.
  • The product is damaged in any way.
  • It has been more than 30 days since the product was received.
  • A different product (other than color or size) is desired.
